Virginia Pridefest
September 14, 2024: Save the date! Virginia Pride is hosting the renowned Pridefest event in their new home in Scott's Addition! This event will be held at the Bon Secours Training Center from 12pm-8pm. The address for the event is 2401 W Leigh St., Richmond, VA 23220.

This event is family-friendly and consists of musical performances and 130 vendors! Crystal Waters, Robin S., and Tank & the Bangas are on the list for entertainment. There will be food and drinks, music, and organizations from various industries. VA Pride notes that there will be ASL interpreters to translate music.
We hope you will come out and dance, sing, and celebrate Pride!
Out of the Darkness Walk
Saturday, October 19th: The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention hosts a community walk every year in cities all over the country. AFSP is dedicated to raising awareness and raising funds in the fight against suicide. This year, members of the TC&C team will be joining the walk in order to support this organization and our community. We walk in support of suicide survivors, in memory of lives lost, and in support for loved ones who have lost someone to suicide. For individuals not able-bodied or cannot attend the walk, donating to the AFSP is an option!
