Claudia Bracey

LPC

Clinical Supervisor

Hello! My name is Claudia Bracey. As an LPC Resident Supervisor, I am passionate about supporting counselors as they develop their clinical identity, strengthen their confidence, and transition from graduate training into professional practice. My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based, while also emphasizing accountability and professional growth. I strive to create a safe environment where supervisees feel comfortable asking questions, exploring challenges, receiving constructive feedback, and developing their own authentic counseling style.

My clinical areas of interest include women’s mental health, perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. In supervision, I focus on helping supervisees strengthen clinical skills, ethical decision-making, treatment planning, documentation, assessment, crisis intervention, and the application of counseling theories and interventions. My goal is to help each supervisee recognize their strengths, identify areas for continued growth, and become a confident, ethical, competent, and authentic counselor.
