Resident Clinical Supervisor

Hey There!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My clinical background includes treating children, teens, adults, couples and families with varying dynamics and diagnoses through several Community-based Mental Health positions and outpatient therapy.

My previous clinical experiences led me to the therapeutic approaches which ground my practice: Relational Cultural Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I believe in treating the whole person and acknowledging the different systems which affect their functioning. I also believe in the healing power of relationship and community.

One of my passions is teaching and supporting the next generation of therapists. I am compassionate, curious, and collaborative in my approach to the supervision relationship. I love helping residents build their self-efficacy and trust what I call their “clinical gut”.

In supervision, we explore your clinical identity and how to bring your authentic self into the therapeutic space. We also explore and practice clinical skills, case conceptualization, and therapeutic approaches which best complement your personality.

I can’t wait to work with you!
