Angela Allen-Blaine

Hello and a warm welcome! Thanks for taking time to read about me. My name is Angela Allen-Blaine. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with prescriptive authority who manages and treats various mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit, schizophrenia, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. I have over 7 years of professional experience working with adults and seniors with psychiatric conditions.

I completed my Registered Nursing degree at Southside Regional Medical Center School of Nursing and received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Old Dominion University, and a master’s degree in nursing from Liberty University. I completed a Post-Master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ANCC Board Certification from the University of Cincinnati and am currently working toward a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Liberty University, estimated completion is July 2025.

I enjoy spending time with family. I like spending time outside and taking long nature walks and enjoying the night sky when the weather is nice. I love spending time with my 14-year-old Shih Tzu named BJ (Bundle of Joy). We absolutely adore him and yes, he is a bundle of joy and part of the family! I believe in client centered care.
