Dr. Courtney Subudhi brings a combination of expertise to Therapeutic Counseling and Consulting as a triple board-certified nurse practitioner with over 19 years of comprehensive healthcare experience. Her unique background as a Certified Nurse Midwife, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner allows her to address the interconnected physical and mental health needs of her patients with unparalleled depth and understanding.


Dr. Subudhi provides compassionate care to individuals of all backgrounds and identities, seeing adolescents, adults, men, women, and non-binary clients. Her clinical focus includes ADHD; Anxiety; Depression; OCD; Bipolar and other Mood Disorders;  Life Transitions, and perinatal/women’s mental health. With advanced training in Women’s Health across the lifespan, Dr. Subudhi brings distinctive insight into the hormonal, psychological, and social factors that shape mental health, particularly during pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life changes. While she is especially valuable to those navigating the complex challenges of reproductive health, she is equally dedicated to supporting all people in exploring and strengthening their mental wellbeing, regardless of stage of life or gender identity.


With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University and additional psychiatric training from Wilkes University, Dr. Subudhi combines evidence-based treatment approaches with a holistic philosophy that addresses the whole person. Her extensive background includes critical care nursing, midwifery practice at major healthcare systems, faculty appointments for nurse practitioner education, and leadership roles in clinical education and quality improvement initiatives.


Dr. Subudhi's approach to mental health treatment emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and personalized care plans that may include medication management, therapeutic interventions, and lifestyle modifications. Her years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life's most vulnerable moments has shaped her into a provider who creates safe, non-judgmental spaces where clients feel heard and understood. She is committed to working alongside her patients to develop sustainable strategies for mental wellness that honor their unique goals and circumstances.
