Hi! I’m Kyla Mack, a counselor with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oral Roberts University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can show up fully, without pressure to have it all figured out.

I specialize in working with adults navigating: anxiety; depression; burnout; identity exploration, and the emotional impact of their upbringing, with a strong focus on religious experiences, faith transitions, and religious trauma. As a Christian counselor, I approach faith with openness, compassion, and respect for your personal journey, whether faith feels clear, complicated, or something you’re still figuring out. Our work together is about helping you explore, heal, and make meaning in a way that feels authentic and grounded.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals from BIPOC communities and those navigating the intersection of culture, identity, and faith. I also strive to create an affirming space for clients exploring their identity, including those within the LGBTQ+ community, where they can process their experiences comfortably and openly.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help you feel confident that your unique needs are understood and addressed. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you process your experiences and move toward healing.
